Well, Katherine received her doctorate (Cultural Anthropology) in May 2005. She is going back Australia to do follow up research for a book she is writing. She asked me to go along to help her. We will be leaving December 12th and return January 9th. Technically, I am her research assistant. So, I'm going to find out things. I will be writing about my experience and if you have questions, suggestions or reactions, feel free to share with me.

Introduction
At Christmas in 2001, my wife and I travelled to Australia. We were going to spend Christmas with my daughter Katherine and her husband Stacy. Katherine was doing dissertation research on the Koori (an aboriginal tribe) who have lived outside of Sydney since Captain Cook arrived. At the time, Katherine was on a Fullbright scholarship and stayed in this community for a year. We enjoyed spending Christmas down under.

I haven't logged into my google account in over a year. Therefore, it took me a while to get logged in.
